Vardy starts learning pidgin English spoken among Nigerian teammates.


Leicester top striker Jamie Vardy has disclosed his love for the Pidgin English spoken by Nigerian players in his team.

The striker expressed his desire to learn the English and speak it fluently.

Kelechi Iheanacho, Wilfred Ndidi and Ahmed Musa  are the Nigerian players currently in Leicester City.

He told The Cable that his only challenge with the Nigerian trio is their Pidgin English which he says is difficult to understand. “The Nigerian players keep talking- pidgin English you call it, right? It’s hard to understand. But I am trying to learn it and speak it like they do. They are great players.”
