Nigeria has dropped lower in the latest ranking of countries according to Transparency International’s Corruption Perception Index. According to the report, the West African country slipped from its previous 136th position in 2015 (when President Muhammadu Buhari was first inaugurated) to now occupy 146th position out of 180 countries.
