Operation Fireball of the Nigerian army succeeded in killing 16 Boko Haram members in the North Eastern part of the country.
The army were able to destroy four vehicles belonging to the insurgents and recover ammunition boxes during the attack. Also the army troop Magumeri killed 11 individuals in a clash and were able to seize three anti-aircraft guns. Another security force in Yobe also killed another six Boko Haram members.
