A commission of inquiry set up by Inspector-General Mohammed Adamu to investigate damage to the Nigerian police during the EndSars protest says nearly 100 Ak-47 rifles were stolen. The chairman of the 10-member committee, CP Yaro Abutu, told the source on Saturday that in addition to the firearms, 2,600 rounds of ammunition were also stolen during the violence that erupted as a result of the protests.
