The number one trend on Twitter NG right now is the #ScriptureChallenge where Christians are sharing their favourite scriptures.
Scripturechallenge was started by comedian, Oluwatoyin Bayegun, popularly known as Woli Arole, who encouraged social media users to share their favourite scriptures.
He simply tweeted, “#scripturechallenge Oya let’s begin!!!!”

Woli Arole had on Thursday mulled the idea of starting a challenge that would not involve getting naked; a hint at the #Silhouettechallenge.
He tweeted “I think we need to start our own challenge like #MemoryVersechallenge #Biblequizchallenge #NewcreationChallenge bcos I no know which kind challenge dey make everyone NAKED ooooooo.”
The #Scripturechallenge which started early on Saturday has garnered almost 81,000 tweets as of the time of filing this report. This is even as participants are encouraged to do videos and share the gospel beyond the bird app.
